cHtaccess-V1.0-cPanel addon for creating htaccess rules.
Here I am inventing a new tool though which you can do a lot of
things which we are usually using in day to day webhosting requirements
such as generating htaccess, htpassword protected directory and all.
It is not a big deal to generate the htaccess rules via this addon.
